Raya Auto Opens New XPENG Showroom and Service Center in Egypt
- Raya Auto, a portfolio company of Raya Holding for Financial Investments and the exclusive dealer and sole importer of XPENG in Egypt, announces a series of strategic developments that reinforce its commitment to expanding the brand’s footprint and delivering a fully integrated electric mobility experience in the Egyptian market.
The company has opened its newest and largest XPENG showroom on North Teseen Street in New Cairo, alongside the inauguration of Egypt’s largest certified service center dedicated to electric vehicles in Katameya. These additions complement its existing branches in Sheikh Zayed on the 26th of July Axis and inside Mivida in the Fifth Settlement.
The new showroom, spanning 400 square meters with modern facilities, aims to provide a more comprehensive and advanced sales and display experience for XPENG customers in the New Cairo area. Furthermore, the new service center, set to open before the end of December 2025, will be the largest of its kind for XPENG in Egypt and the Middle East, covering 2000 square meters. It is designed to accommodate a larger number of vehicles and offer integrated, advanced services to the company’s customers in New Cairo with greater ease and speed.
To enhance the regional after-sales support, XPENG Global opened a spare parts warehouse in the UAE during the last quarter of 2025 to serve the Middle East and Egypt.
This move underscores the position of the Egyptian market as the largest and most significant, represented by Raya Auto as the biggest XPENG dealership in the region, reflecting the company’s commitment to supporting the local market and providing all customer needs directly and quickly.
Globally, XPENG is undergoing one of its most prosperous stages of growth, having recently celebrated the production of its 1,000,000th vehicle, a major milestone that reflects its rapid evolution and advanced manufacturing capabilities.
This success follows the reinforcement of its strategic partnership with Volkswagen, affirming its role as a major contributor to the platform technologies for EVs, PHEVs, and ICE vehicles within China. These milestones underscore XPENG’s rising global standing, technological leadership, and strong momentum for further expansion.
These developments align with the adoption of a new pricing policy for XPENG models in Egypt, following significant support from the original manufacturer company for the 2025 models during the last quarter of the year.
Prices were determined after a series of meetings between XPENG Global management and Raya Auto, following mutual official visits between Egypt and China.
This review aims to achieve a balance between manufacturer support for customers and offering prices that reflect exchange rate developments and the current diversity within the EV market, ultimately delivering higher value and a better experience for a wider segment of users.
XPENG continues to set ambitious plans for the coming years as it prepares, in partnership with Raya Holding for Financial Investments, to drive a significant shift in Egypt’s electric mobility market.
