The 13th edition of Cityscape Egypt commenced under the patronage of the Minister of Housing

Dr. Walid Abbas, Assistant Minister ofHousing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, inaugurated the event, joined by Eng. Fathallah Fawzy, Vice Chairman of the Egyptian Businessmen’s Association (EBA) and Chairman of the Real Estate Development and Contracting Committee. Also in attendance were HE Eng. Khalid Ahmed Saleh Ahmed Al Obaidli, Chairman of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority – Aqarat in Qatar, Mr. Mohamed Al Mulla from Aqarat in Qatar, Chris Speller, President for the Middle East, India, Türkiye, and Africa at Informa, and Rober Daniel, Cityscape Exhibition Manager, along with Alex Heuf, Group Director of Cityscape.

Dr. Abbas cut the ribbon at the exhibition, which was attended by a distinguished group of government officials and leading figures in the real estate industry. He remarked that Cityscape Egypt offers a valuable platform for developers, investors, and decision-makers to connect, allowing officials to stay informed about developments and challenges in the real estate market. It also provides insight into developers’ visions and needs, helping to create opportunities and facilitate investment in the sector.

Dr. Abbas commended the significant participation and turnout for the 13th edition, emphasizing that the large attendance reflects the strength of Egypt’s real estate market, which is both promising and diverse in its investment offerings for local and foreign investors.

He also highlighted that the New Urban Communities Authority offers various mechanisms for land acquisition, catering to both Egyptian and international investors. In addition, land and housing units are made available to meet the needs of different citizen groups across all segments.

Cityscape Egypt , which was established in 2012, is recognized as one of the most important regional exhibitions, taking place in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Qatar. The event attracts over 80 real estate developers, with visitor numbers on the first day exceeding 10,000.
